Join Our Team as a Customer Service & Operations Supervisor in Chile!

Are you a passionate leader with a knack for optimizing operations and delivering exceptional customer service? World Courier is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Chile!
About the Role:
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customer enquires and shipments run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee the entire shipment process, from coordination to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Excellence: To ensure service excellence via a close supervision of the overall operation and staff, ensuring shipments are monitored, anticipating potential issues and acting in a timely manner to prevent them, while keeping the customers updated at all times.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to Cencora’s Code of Ethics and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Gx P).
  • Shipment Monitoring: Ensure the proper utilization of our Transportation Management System (TMS) to allow for trouble-free deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Mentor and manage team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams and other World Courier offices to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify challenges and implement effective solutions while ensuring all team members are trained on standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Customer Service, with comprehensive knowledge of customs norms and procedures. Extensive experience in air transportation, imports and exports.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite programs.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities effectively.
