Your Role
will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care operations, managing complex orders, and ensuring seamless coordination within the marine business.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, preferably with knowledge in marine industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics, with a proven track record in above field, experience in marine segment will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems or similar order management software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marine-specific data and provide actionable insights.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, import/export regulations, and international trade within the maritime sector.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service tailored to the marine industry.
