We are seeking a dynamic and experienced colleague to join our team. This role will be on secondment at portfolio company in Beijing.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic planner for existing and potential investment projects, corporate development initiatives, and business reporting activities.

• Control and evaluate the portfolio company's fundraising plans (equity/debt financing, IPO process), capital structure, and reorganization plan
• Collaborate with external parties to achieve the portfolio company’s strategic financing targets
• Working closely with internal functions and external parties in formulating marketing narrative
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive financial performance and optimize resource allocation
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 - 3 years of proven experience in investment banking or related roles, preferably TMT sector focus with experience in the ride-hailing industry
• Proven track record in HK IPO (red chip) projects and experience in working with China SOE is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
• Native in Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese and English
• Based in Beijing, or willing to relocate to Beijing
