• To develop and manage the full range of structured products with reference to the overall Wealth Solution Strategy.
• Manage and maintain the development of the strong and differentiated product proposition and brand identity.

• To manage end to end structured product business and drive digital adoption
• Deliver new products to market to grow customer base and revenue
• Collaborate with key country stakeholders in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Technology and Operations to deliver the best value to our customers

• To conduct product and service training to internal sales staff
• Have a good interpersonal skill and able to present in front of Management and external parties such as Regulator, Vendor

• To comply with applicable Risk Framework within CMPS, WS
• To monitor and manage the systematic and non-systematic risk of the product portfolios

• Ensure that product specifications and processes are built in compliance with applicable regulations and group requirement.

• University graduate with 8+ years of working experience in banking and related financial institutions
• Deep understanding of structured products pricing; familiar with derivatives with underlying of equity, fixed income and currency; dealing experience is preferred
• Post-graduate degree holder or CFA are preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
