The Job
As a Field Nutrition/Formulator Specialist for ruminants, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support and expertise directly to dairy and beef cattle farmers in China. Your role involves conducting on-site visits to assess and enhance the nutritional strategies of our clients' herds, ensuring optimal productivity and health. You will work closely with local sales representatives and distributors, assisting them in placing our products effectively within the market. By identifying and leveraging opportunities for training, you will educate customers and colleagues on the latest applications of our solutions, integrating both products and services to deliver comprehensive nutritional support.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing introductory trials for new products, collecting and analyzing performance data to measure their impact. This data collection will be instrumental in reporting up the chain, providing valuable insights into product efficacy and customer satisfaction. Conducting audits and maintaining rigorous standards will be part of your responsibilities to ensure the highest level of service and product quality. Your contributions will help drive the success of our product portfolio, fostering stronger relationships with customers and enhancing the overall performance of their operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Formula optimization based on real RM quality, price, and market feedback etc.
• As per market/customer requirement, develop formula for new or tailor making product formulas with the guidance from HQ experts if needed.
• As per certain tech issues or support requirement, communicate with HQ or other resources for solutions.
• Give RM purchase proposal from formulation side.
• Connection with other departments from formulation side.
• Others temporary work.

Your Profile

• Major in animal nutrition, feed technology or relative others, master’s degree and above.
• With more than 5 year working experience in concrete formulation, preferred in international company.
• Need be meticulous, responsible, active, creative in work, and can deal/solve certain complicated work issues independently and good ability to learn new knowledge.
• Good team cooperation skills.
• Good communication ability.
• Fluent English communication in both written and oral skills and can be suitable in foreign company working environment.
• Optimistic and active attitude.
• Can bear certain work pressure.
