As a I2M Project Management you’ll be responsible for

• Time to Market reduction
• Milestone reliability (Commercial Release on Time)
• Budget compliance
• I2M Project targets realized as per Business Case.

What you’ll do

• Execute offer development projects in the business
• Prepare and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
• Report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money
• Manage the business case, acts as business partner focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.
• Ensure I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case.
• Manage stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects
• Represent the project team in the business and provide regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
• Lead multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Marketing
• Contribute to the community of practice of I2M Project Managers

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in technology/Sciences.
• Practitioner level project management
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Knowledge on relevant range of technologies and disciplines.
• Soft skills like people management, managing virtual, multi-cultural teams.
• Commercial skills (negotiating or subcontract management) and financial knowledge (building and maintaining simple business cases).
• Experience in applying I2M knowledge with expertise in principles and practices across the I2M value chain.
• Some experience with assessing new technologies/trends in order to maximize value extraction (benchmarking).
