Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Air Freight Pricing related issue and system data maintain
- Highly focus on GTT rate and tariff update
- Help to set up relevant district station tariff
- Provide support to Air Freight gateway GTT rate update in system
- Set up special GTT rate according to station product head's requirement and instruction
- Provide special support on RFQ, monitor the sick consol KPI report
- Maintain all data in Air Freight system (Cargo Wise one)
- Responsible for GTT rate trend monitoring, RFWD update and release to all Air Freight Commerical Center team members
- To review RFQ guideline rate, engage in RFQ review meeting and draft RFQ result summary
- Control the tariff structure of Hong Kong and South China (e.g. local charges/net tariff/RFWD charges)
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Logistics/Supply Chain or business related
- 6 years or above relevant experience in logistics industry is desirable
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, independent and responsible
- Detail-oriented and customer focus
- Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel, Power Point & Outlook
