• To develop building project energy simulation and optimization based on enclosure layout design. To influence project decision makers, including developer architects, professional consultants, design companies with adoption of Huntsman NEB products. 推动并且影响，甲方、设计院、咨询管理公司以及团队内部的产品体系测算，完成建筑系统优化，包括建筑设计、工程概算和关键节点，采用有利于亨斯迈技术和材料的解决方案。

• To validate value proposition of Huntsman NEB products in NEB full phases, including feasibility study, BIM design, precast optimization, construction and quality inspection and acceptance. 联合并且领导各资源团队完成产品开发，分析产品研发与实际市场真实需求问题，并跟进亨斯迈解决方案（围护结构、地面和屋面等）的测试、维护与推广工作，包括但不限于建筑节点优化、试点应用项目、系统安装施工质量监督、检测与验收。

• Must have knowledge in residential or commercial construction.
• Must demonstrate solid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of project sales success.
• Critical thinking and excellent MS Power Point skills
• Frequent travel upon business or project request

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in civil engineering or heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineer 建筑或暖通相关专业毕业

• >5 years’ experience, at least 3 years in building energy, NEB consultant, BIM design, green building consultant. 5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上建筑节能、超低能耗、装配式或绿建咨询设计相关工作经验；
• Familiar with CAD, PKPM精通CAD、斯维尔、PKPM等建筑设计模拟软件；
• Played independent role in product management or project management, familiar with construction eco-system and stakeholders behavior 有建筑节能相关产品体系组织或搭建的产品经理工作经验者优先考虑；有国内装配式龙头企业、大型设计院节能设计师等工作经验优先考虑；

• Clear and strategic thinking and external focus
• Strong communication skill internally and externally
• Information collection, analytical skills & Problem-solving
• Proficient office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
• Proficient language commands in Mandarin and English
