MAIN MISSIONS
Within the Jun Jun Factory, the Production manager will be reporting to the Plant Director. The Production Manager will organize, manage, lead and control the human, material, financial and organizational resources at his/her disposal for the production of Bel products. The position is based in

Your main missions will be as follow :

• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety standards for products, safety of people and property, and environmental standards.
• Take all necessary measures when anomalies are encountered, request action plans to be implemented, and monitor their progress.
• Be the guarantor of the production process by meeting product requirements.
• Monitor and analyze production indicators.
• Respond effectively to various production variations.
• Define necessary investments, salary policy, and the annual training plan for staff, and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
• Establish various budgets (production, maintenance, investments) and ensure their compliance.
• Manage quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in process and management reviews.
• Ensure the involvement of employees in the QHSE system (procedures, controls, handling of non-conformities, audits).
• Manage and lead human resources in their area/service.
• Respect and apply good hygiene practices and ensure information is reported to the hierarchy.
• Be the guarantor and primary point of contact for safety in their area and for their teams.

PROFILE
You have a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food chemical or Food Machineries or other relevant disciplines. You have built successfully a minimum of 10 years professional experience in food industry, in liquid dairy manufacturing with at least 5 years in a Production with leadership role.


Specific skills required include :

• proven experience in managing large teams

• knowledge an mastery of the liquid dairy industrial process and of industrial methods (Lean, TPM, safety, maintenance etc.)

• fluency in Chinese (writing and speaking) and in English.
• personal values such as ability to persuade and lead people at all levels, diligency, capability to handle multiple tasks, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills are highly valued.

• mastery of SAP and MS Office
