We are currently expanding our Operation team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team in Qingdao.

Your Tasks:

• Fulfill production order, ensure production coordination in line with production planning
• Ensure production line run smoothly and effectively
• Plan Operator resources of AOP and forecast
• Build and manage OEE management system
• Lead operator efficiency improvement by LEAN activity approach

You Profile:

• 3 year working experience in auto industry wiht 2 years management experience as frontline supervisors
• Bachelor Graduate or above (ME,EE)
• Workable English
• Product and production knowledge
• Leadership skills, esp. on coaching and performance management
