Role Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Campaign Manager responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns tailored for the APAC region. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to create campaign strategies that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and support revenue growth.
As a Regional Campaign Manager, your mission will be to design campaign journeys aligned with overall business objectives and regional market dynamics.
This is a full-time permanent role reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager.
This role is balanced working model, being in the office 3 days a week, between home and in our modern and centrally located Shanghai office with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market insights: Understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the China, Japan, India, and rest of APAC countries. There will be a secondary focus on the US market.
- Lead generation: Drive marketing qualified leads through regional marketing initiatives and generate targeted % influenced sales pipeline.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Manage the planning, writing, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns across digital channels and offline channels, including those unique to the APAC & US markets.
- Event Management: Manage all audience delivery, brand, and marketing logistics to execute successful events that align with campaign objectives.
- Channel Optimisation: Select and test the right mix of channels, including Email, We Chat, Linked In, Webinar and Events to drive desired customer journey and behaviour.
- Performance Optimisation: Track and report against a suite of metrics and KPIs that demonstrate campaign impact, using data to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Collaboration with Integrated Marketers: Work with integrated marketing team/s to drive consistency, establish partnerships with key market players and associations, and tailor strategies to local market needs.
- Sales Enablement: Translate or localise tools, content, and resources needed to support regional sales teams with pipeline generation.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills
- B2B Marketing: At least 3 years’ experience in the B2B marketing space, with exposure to AI, Data, and/or Saa S products.
- Market Insight: A good understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes in APAC.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficient in analysing campaign performance metrics and using insights to drive continuous improvement
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business economics, revenue models, and profitability drivers.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, organise, and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across departments and teams.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Creativity and flexibility to pivot strategies and tactics in response to new insights, market conditions, or organisational changes.
- Proficiency in additional APAC languages such as Japanese, Malay, Korean
- Knowledge and understanding of technology, specifically as it relates to AI/LLM.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced digital Saa S subscription business and/or at a start-up.
- Previous experience working in a PE backed business
- A degree in any discipline
