SAP e WM Business Analyst Expert based in China.

• The Business Analyst Expert is a senior e WM consultant position part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence working on SAP e WM implementation projects
• Lead role for the multiple S/4 roll-outs in APAC region
• This position requires strong expertise in SAP e WM module such as Inbound processing, Storage and operations, Outbound processing, Production Warehousing and Transit Cross-docking Warehousing and integration with Inventory Management and Material Management.
• You will be involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of S/4 Hana deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies.
• Defining detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.
• Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution.
• Involvement and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Developing and supporting knowledge transfer documentations and process.
• You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Kuala Lumpur area.
• We expect travel to be approximately 25% of your time
• Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to the D2R team lead, APAC

Performance Achievements

• You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
• You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
• You will be required to build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) in order to facilitate rapid solutioning
• You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
• Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and actively participate in regular safety programs.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
• Act in an environmentally responsible manner and adhere to site 5S safety standards.
