Senior Demand Planning and Business Analysis Specialist - IND China

What is the job about?
Actively maintain the demand planning and sales plan execution. Deploy the Pricing Strategy following Group and Division guideline. Support management decision by conduction data processing and business analysis.

Your main responsibilities:

• Primary responsible for IND China demand planning. Organize and participate monthly SIOE and SIOP meetings to deliver monthly sales planning for the region. Be the contact window of IND China and co-work with global counterpart.
• Support Sales Transformation initiatives, including but not limited to REEP2 and Project Sales forecast and Planning. Proactively coordinate across functions to increase the accuracy of Sales Forecast, as well as provide valid feedback and pull for support from Global teams.
• Work with Sales team, Operation Team and Supply Chain Team to ensure the on time delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsible for escalating unconfirmed order or other issues preventing on time delivery at regional level.
• Price Strategy and price management. Be responsible for regular price strategy to deployment at regional level. Provide business recommendation to area team and policy towards top K and A customers. Support channel management initiatives from Price Management perspective.
• Conduct business analysis focusing on PCTR or other profitability related KPI evaluation to provide business recommendation.
• Be responsible to introduce and educate regional sales team to adopt and utilize all standards Dashboard or system. Collect and take lead to fulfill customized needs for IND China regional sales team.
• Be the go-to person to work with Division sales excellence team. Participate in projects and ensure continuous improvement according business needs and be responsible to provide business recommendation in assigned areas and projects.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree, Familiarity with Industry, market and business environment
• Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Market and Data Analysis.
• Software/system skill like MS Office, Power BI, SAP, etc
• Ability to contribute to processes/project management and improvement.
• Most likely to have 5-8 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
• Good presentation and communication skill, strong ability to influence others.
• Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.
