Job Title : Senior Industrialization Engineer

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with Creation, Planning, Production, Engineering, quality and SHE team to ensure product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost and compliance.
• Responsible for technical formula validation, pilot& scaling-up trial and first production hyper care to achieve agile and reliable NPI(new product introduction), focus more on seasoning and dry blend technology.
• Work with product creators to optimize formulation to achieve “design for manufacturing” purpose
• Support manufacturing site on trouble shooting, NC investigation and process improvement.
• To lead or support manufacturing and supply chain continuous improvement and value creation projects.Provide technical support on process design for manufacturing CAPEX investment projects
• Act as local industrialization technical expert to learn and share knowledge, good practice with regional and global technology and innovation team.To perform other jobs assigned by line manager.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects
• More than 10 years manufacturing experience in Food(especially in seasoning) and Flavor industries are highly preferred
• Responsible, hard working with passion and good communication skill
• Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and honest
• Good speaking, reading and writing in English
• Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.Good Planning and organizing skill
