Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with Creation, Planning, Production, Engineering, quality and SHE team to ensure product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost and compliance.
- Responsible for technical formula validation, pilot& scaling-up trial and first production hyper care to achieve agile and reliable NPI(new product introduction), focus more on seasoning and dry blend technology.
- Work with product creators to optimize formulation to achieve “design for manufacturing” purpose
- Support manufacturing site on trouble shooting, NC investigation and process improvement.
- To lead or support manufacturing and supply chain continuous improvement and value creation projects.Provide technical support on process design for manufacturing CAPEX investment projects
- Act as local industrialization technical expert to learn and share knowledge, good practice with regional and global technology and innovation team.To perform other jobs assigned by line manager.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects
- More than 10 years manufacturing experience in Food(especially in seasoning) and Flavor industries are highly preferred
- Responsible, hard working with passion and good communication skill
- Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and honest
- Good speaking, reading and writing in English
- Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.Good Planning and organizing skill
