Job Description
- 制定平台货品运营策略，针对商品的不同成长阶段，设计并实施商家激励和任务机制，促进商品的孵化与成长。
- 与C端团队、产品团队及国家运营团队紧密协作，落地货品运营策略，提升平台商品的多样性和市场竞争力。
- 通过深入的数据分析，洞察市场货品趋势，制定平台核心货品选品策略，确保货品策略的前瞻性和有效性。Job Description
- Responsible for developing and executing Assortment operation strategies, designing and implementing effective merchant incentives and task mechanisms for different product growth stages
- Collaborate with the traffic team, product team, and country operation teams to implement assortment operation strategies, enhancing the platform's assortment abundance and competitiveness.
- Analyze data to understand market trends and develop platform core product selection strategies, ensuring the strategies are forward-looking and effective.
Job Requirements
- 具有至少3年以上货品运营、产品运营或行业运营相关工作经验。
- 具备跨地域和跨职能团队合作的经验，能够适应多元化的工作环境。
- 优秀的数据分析能力，能从数据中发现问题，分析问题并解决问题，熟练掌握SQL和Excel工具。
- 强烈的责任心和执行力，具备抗压能力，乐观坚韧，能有效达成目标。
- 流利的英语口语和书写能力，海外留学背景者优先。Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in assortment operation, product operation, or industry operation.
- Experience in cross-regional and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Outstanding data analysis skills, able to identify issues, analyze and solve problems, proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results
- Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing, with overseas study background preferred.
