• Training Implementation: Partner with regional retail leaders to deploy training programs, including new store openings, sales, service modules, and seasonal initiatives.
• Retail Excellence: Ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences across China.
• Coaching: Train retail managers and sales associates through hands-on observation, provide feedback, and conduct follow-up training.
• Development Plans: Develop and monitor midterm and long-term training plans based on business needs and employee development.
• Product Training: Collaborate with the buying team to deliver seasonal product training.
• Special Projects: Oversee projects which including partnering with Retail team to support Retail Management Trainee project; and also partnering with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to support business and talent development, focusing on RTW Ambassador and KOS.
• Budget Management: Regularly review and manage training budgets and costs.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on training progress and prepare reports for management.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the training team to meet business needs.

• 6-8 years’ experience in training and development experience
• Strong facilitation skills
• Luxury retail experience & client facing role at retail setting is preferred
• Experience planning and managing both small and largescale training events, with flawless follow-through and execution
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet agreed deadlines
• Ability to track and evaluate training effectiveness
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
• 40-50% travel
