Role Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Regional Supply Chain, this position is based in Shanghai, China, and is accountable for working with a cross-functional team comprised of Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain based in the US to transition production of hardware assembly, test, and qualification to China-based contract manufacturers. This role will manage all product transfers from the US to China and all strategic supply chain projects for Picarro.
You will:

• Project manage key initiatives relative to China operations and supply chain
• Manage manufacturing transfers from internal to China-based manufacturers
• Ensure qualification of Made in China (MIC) for China for government contract requirements
• Drive detailed program management for all related China operations initiatives
• Manage risks and issues surfacing and take corrective actions to mitigate
• Plan the overall program execution and monitor the progress to plan
• Acts as a local point of contact for suppliers and logistics partners
• Manage and utilize cross-functional resources across projects
• Coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies
• Support new projects and initiatives as they arise
• Manage stakeholders' communication

Must-have qualifications:

• 10 + years' experience in program management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding program management capabilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills
