Strategic Partner Manager, Apps/Gaming (Mandarin, English)

Minimum qualifications:
The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including Ad Sense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of Ad Sense, Google Ad Manager and more.
Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google’s mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search Assistant, Geo, Platforms Ecosystems, Devices Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in client management and sales or a related role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with both local clients and APAC partners.
- Experience in advertising, ads business generation, publishing, online services, or ad sales.
- Knowledge of the mobile/gaming industry.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
- Ability to engage and communicate with individual publishers and complex organizations.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced industry, and manage an evolving product set and client needs.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for partners, engage with C-level clients, and provide strategic advice to drive further business growth.
- Be able to maximize client business growth through account management, and by promoting improvements and optimization strategies as a consultant.
- Establish partnerships with C-level developers.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategy and account plans for partners.
- Work cross-functionally within Online Partnerships Group (Sellside) and through the wider Google and Global Sellside organization.
