Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Chengdu, Sichuan, China
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in the China region. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and innovation in the competitive Chinese market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local job market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to source the best talent from various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.
Utilize data and recruitment metrics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the China region.
Proficiency in Mandarin and strong communication skills in English.
In-depth knowledge of the China job market and local employment laws.
Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
