Overview:
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the APAC Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for hiring in APAC and Greater China to build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements.
• 360 recruitment activity from role briefing to verbal offer.
• Be the advocator of promoting and driving inclusion and diversity in talent acquisition and work managers to create diverse candidate pipeline in order to achieve recruitment diverse slate requirement.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or applying a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline.
• Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description.
• Use applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
• Partner with hiring manager to aid them in utilizing our applicant tracking system.
• Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process.
• Effective candidate management to ensure a positive candidate experience and also that we can close the candidate with suitable compensation

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years recruitment experience either inhouse or at an agency
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience sourcing for vacancies
• Experience in screening/interviewing candidates.
• Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality.
• Demonstrated ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Optimally handle candidate experience
• Creative problem solver
