The Straumann Group is growing – and we are looking for a forward-looking Talent Acquisition Partner to enable our growth ambitions! Our people and their capabilities are the engine driving our innovation and growth … you would act as the guardian of the culture, diversity, skills and capabilities of the people being brought into our organization.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you would take charge of end-to-end recruitment by consulting with the business to support active hiring and pipelining for future capability needs. You would partner closely with hiring managers and executives to design proactive talent sourcing initiatives to meet business growth objectives. You would be accountable for hiring in China Campus as well as other assigned countries/entities as part of APAC Talent Acquisition team member.
The Global Talent Acquisition organization is going through transformation. Investments are being made into a new global hiring model, new global hiring process, new social media strategy, CRM and other new technology. You would be supporting the transformation – supporting implementation, providing input in process mapping, pipelining, direct sourcing, and designing employer brand initiatives to attract talent. You would support hiring manager training in how to interview and brand ambassadorship.
You are expected to promote Straumann Group as ‘Employer of Choice’ in targeted group of candidates. You should also be passionate about developing meaningful relationships, with internal business stakeholders understanding short- and long-term skills and capability needs, and with external candidates curious about a career with the Straumann Group.

Who we are looking for …
- Someone who is very excited in seeking great talents in order to help our business succeed.
- Someone who is passionate about delivering impact, who can connect dots by understanding business needs, advise on market trends and use business consulting skills to coach and drive decision making.
- Understand external talent demographics and tell stories / develop targeted marketing tactics describing our purpose, growth opportunities and impact on the world. Encouraging leaders and employees to be brand ambassadors in video, web and social.
- Be a champion of diversity and inclusion, coaching managers to think broadly about “who” and “how” they hire understanding the value of diverse teams and mindsets.
- Strong prioritization skills to support delivery of day-to-day objectives whilst also carving out time for high value project work.
- Have the maturity to consult Hiring Manager or even senior leaders on recruitment, calibrate the gaps and push roles to close ASAP
- Be able to do direct sourcing and place the roles with various sourcing channels
- Having fun to work under the fast-paced work environment.
- Have the mindset of continuous improvement and keep being creative on the day-to-day business. Don’t be afraid to do an experiment to make a thing better or to give a bigger impact.
- Experience with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, internal talent data, etc).
- Understanding KPIs and data to support analysis of hiring process efficiency.
What You’ll Need To Succeed …
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to full lifecycle recruitment for mid-career roles. Experience in manufacturing site hiring is preferred.
- Previous recruiting experience in healthcare/life science domain would be highly preferred. But we also welcome candidate from other industry to apply
- High proficiency in integrated recruitment systems (ATS & CRM).
- Interviewing, assessment and selection champion. Coaching leaders and HR professionals about how to select talent for “need now”, growth and future capabilities.
- Experience in leveraging efficient sourcing channel to do direct sourcing & with good track record is highly preferred
- Agency / Search Firm supplier management
