Summary
Ensure that the hotel's most basic brand standards are followed;
Responding to customer survey results and implementing improvements accordingly;
Working closely with other managers in a supportive and flexible manner with an eye towards the success of the entire hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests;
To be a hands-on operational supervisor and be present in departmental areas from time to time, especially during busy periods;
Communicate closely with the kitchen regarding daily operations and quality control;
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all dishes and beverages on the menu and to be able to recommend dish and beverage pairings and promotions;
Perform cashier functions and be responsible for Micros cashiering procedures;
From the date of work, sign a formal labor contract, five insurance and one gold;
The hotel provides high-grade staff apartments, free working meals for staff, work clothes, work shoes and other necessary high-grade work supplies;
