YOUR ROLE
  • Henkel’s brand LOCTITE is a global leader in efficiency, reliability, innovation, and performance for industrial customers all around the world. This sales territory covers Shanghai, China.
  • Our Territory Sales Engineers are our vital part of our team, providing innovative solutions to our customers everyday as part of a flexible and diverse team.
  • You act as an entrepreneur visiting customers to explore their needs, solve manufacturing problems with our value-added solutions with the support of our technical team. You represent the values of the company thinking in a broad and agile way.
  • You collaborate as part of a strong team internally with engineering, channel, marketing, customer service and other functions to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable growth.
  • You own your results and will work closely with channel partners to create new customers and projects through a proven selling process, including territory planning, building relationships, in-plant seminars, line survey, etc.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • 2~5 years’ experience in Sales from chemical/manufacturing industry.
  • Good communication skills, both in English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Team player and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload.
  • Confident presenting in a group setting.
