Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies: Plan and implement strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok to increase brand visibility and foster engagement.
• Content creation: Design and create visual and written content that is engaging and relevant to our target audience, ensuring that the content aligns with the brand's voice.
• Community management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage active participation across all platforms.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and community growth. Use these data to adjust and improve ongoing strategies.
• Trend research: Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies are effective and competitive.
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and graphic design, to ensure all campaigns and messages are consistent and effectively communicated.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience using social media analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
