New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning.


Your day to day:

• Lead the logistics operation in the central and western regions of Colombia (Bogotá (Cedi), Funza (Cedi), Villavicencio (Cedi)). Customer-transport service: Puerto Carreño, Puerto Inírida, Yopal, Leticia, Vichada, to ensure optimal support to the commercial area, including direct supervision of all distribution centers in the region and management of general resources such as transportation, logistics operators, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders: Commercial, Planning, Route to Market, Control Tower, etc.
• Coordinate all activities of the Distribution Center (DC) with the 3PL to ensure that daily operations meet demand requirements in quantity, quality, compliance with PMI Principles and Practices, and all legal and/or contractual obligations.
• Measure and control the daily performance of the Logistics operation. On Time, In Full, Perfect Deliveries, IRA, operating costs, etc. Ensure cause analysis and action plans for KPIs that do not meet the defined target.
• Define, execute, and manage the budget for warehousing and secondary transportation from distribution centers to end customers.
• Manage comprehensive inventory handling, warehousing information systems (WMS), Fulfillment, ERPs (SAP), Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Develop and implement a performance evaluation model for logistics operators (3PL).
• Actively participate in and manage projects with a Supply Chain scope.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the area
• Proficient with MS Office in general
• Proficient with SAP
• Intermediate-advanced English level
• Good Communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Ability to manage and allocate resources correctly
• Result/achievement orientation, consumer focus, and ability to define action plans
