Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the IT operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT projects.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with local IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring the security and integrity of company data and systems. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and services, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
️ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT applications, Salesforce and Oracle ERP a plus.
Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Skills: Proven ability to scale teams, design and implement processes, and drive KPI improvements.
