We are currently seeking a Manager, Sales Ops for our office located in Medellin, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Provide 24x7 support to sales teams for deal flow operations.
Complex Quotation Building: Collaborate with sales teams to build complex quotations using existing pricing models and collaborate on deal structure.
Contract Management: Ensure timely booking of contracts and order creation, following financial guidelines.
Metrics Analysis: Support business operations and finance teams by interpreting complex transactions, producing audit documentation, and analyzing deal metrics for recurring revenue and total contract value.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve order management processes and ensure contracts meet financial compliance rules such as ASC606 and SOX404.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with all departments at every organizational level to ensure smooth sales operations.
‍‍ Team Management: Train sales and sales operations teams on quoting and order management processes, and manage a team handling over 5,000 transactions monthly.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing order/quote management and/or deal desk teams.
  • 3+ years of experience training sales teams on order management processes.
  • 2+ years of experience hiring and managing teams.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-company CRM and systems integrations.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with CRM, ERP, and Office suite tools, especially Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, Net Suite, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Advanced reporting skills in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
Business Acumen:
  • Sound business/commercial acumen with an understanding of financial compliance rules such as ASC606 and SOX404.
  • Experience in cross-functional roles and the ability to interact with departments at all organizational levels.
Other Skills:
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Confident team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events and company training.
