Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle database solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance, ensure data integrity, and provide support for complex database issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle technologies and a strong background in database administration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle database solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Perform database backups, restores, and recovery procedures as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues and provide technical support to team members.
• Collaborate with application development teams to integrate databases with applications and ensure seamless functionality.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular database maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Document database configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle database administration and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, design, and administration.
• Experience with Oracle tools and utilities (e.g., Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
• Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and performance tuning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
