As a Manager of Systems Integrations, you will be responsible for leading integration projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mule Soft developers and integration specialists.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• Provide guidance and training on Mule Soft development best practices and integration patterns.
• Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration needs, priorities, and project scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations to improve system efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture, best practices, APIs, connectors, integration workflows, design documentation, and system monitoring.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions.
  Ensure adherence to integration governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Mule Soft features, product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business units and IT teams on integration-related matters.
• Foster relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for external system integrations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Mule Soft integration development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Cloud Hub.
• Proficient in Mule Soft connectors, Data Weave, and RAML.
• Strong experience in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, Graph QL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API-led connectivity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or Git Lab.
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL, No SQL, and relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Mule Soft certifications (e.g., Mule Soft Certified Developer, Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect) and other relevant technologies are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integration.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification.
