Lead the Contract Management Team in the end-to-end process of contracts for the United States Procurement Team, ensuring the SLA is met and the SOX controls are being followed, according to the policies established.

British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Management Team Lead & System Advisor in Costa Rica
Lead the Contract Management Team in the end-to-end process of contracts for the United States Procurement Team, ensuring the SLA is met and the SOX controls are being followed, according to the policies established.
System Advisor for internal stakeholders (SAP and Coupa platforms)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on SAP and Coupa platforms.
- Manage the access for internal stakeholders (SAP, Coupa, i Certis)
- Audit monthly contracts created by the Buyer Support Team to ensure all the steps are being followed and the critical data is being documented.
- Analyse the Contract Management Team workload and identify if there is any need to rearrange categories supported.
- Report generation, depending on the End Market´s needs.
What are we looking for?
- Strong Leadership Skills
- At least 1 year of Procurement knowledge, including SAP and Coupa management (would be an advantage)
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Communication Skills
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
