About the position:
We are looking for a Finance Data Processing analyst to join our team to work with several clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the correct imputation and analysis of invoices. Know and apply the procedures corresponding to the billing of each country, based on current legal regulations. Management support in specific projects.
• Receipt and entry of invoices.
• Analyze imputations related to tax rates in the respective countries.
• Control of the information entered with the different reports.
• Order and claim documentation in a timely manner to the buyers of each client.
• Coordination of correct imputations, of the different invoices of the clients, with the different accounting studies in each country.
• Follow-up on claims and resolution of related pending tasks.
• Prepare Ad Hoc Reports

Requirements:

• 2 years of accounting / administrative experience
• Fluent / intermediate English
• Economics Student
• Office Package (Required)
