We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Transition support Engineer Lead to join our team:

• Location: Heredia, Costa Rica.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Work model: Hybrid.
• Contract Type: Indefinite-term

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

General Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-quality building engineering practices in a variety of environments, preferably to include direct experience in general office, manufacturing, life sciences, and critical environments.
  

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across a variety of media and to a variety of audiences.
  

• Media to include face-to-face, e-mail, long-form documentation, Web Ex and similar presentations, and group presentations.
  

• Audiences to include account teams (building engineers to account directors)
  

• Detail driven and oriented with ability to drive results.
  

• Solid program management and problem-solving skills.
  

• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down the organization.
  

• Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
  

Education Required:

• Applicable industry experience (experience as maintenance technician with at least 5 years of experience).
  

• Experience managing types of assets: equipment supporting operations, UPS, AC, generators, extinguishers, building maintenance.
  

• Excel – Advanced Level (tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  

• Experience leading people (team lead, etc.)
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering
