What would you sign up for?

• Manage the growth of existing customers in close relationship with the Service Delivery team
• Build a trustful relationship with all levels of management
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Attract and win new customers and build a trustful relationship with them
• Monitor market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights and strategic recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate the bid team to answer Rf P’s
• Prepare regular sales reports, maintain the forecast and the sales pipeline in our CRM system
• You will play an active role in shaping our business strategy and achieving our company goals

Capabilities and skills that might get you an advantage

• Minimum 2 years experience of IT sales/account management within Enterprise Software or a similar role
• Nice to have: Service Now platform knowledge or experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Existing good network across C-Level
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
• Willingness to travel within the EU
