L’Oréal is seeking a driven and visionary Brand Business Director to shape the future of some of our most exciting beauty brands in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in e-commerce, CRM, and multi-channel brand building to drive exceptional results in a rapidly growing market.
As Brand Business Director, you will:
- Spearhead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with global vision while adapting to the unique opportunities of the Central European market.
- Drive growth across all channels, from e-commerce and owned stores to established retail partnerships.
- Be a champion for digital transformation, harnessing the power of our online platforms and CRM strategies to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, multicultural marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Analyze P&L performance, identifying growth levers and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and market share.
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A proven track record of success in building brands, ideally within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel brand management, with a strong emphasis on retail and digital.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce and CRM strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
