Our Consumer Products Division is seeking a passionate and driven Social Media Brand Manager to join our team and lead influencer marketing initiatives for our beloved brands: L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline, across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.
You will:
- Develop and execute influencer strategies for the CZ/HU/SK hub, focused by category
- Define influencer tribes and ensures both short-term and long-term cooperations
- Be responsible for chosen influencer renumeration and performance
- Closely cooperate with influencer & PR agency, internally with brand marketing and media teams
- Brief and ensure paid content collaborations with influencers (creators) in all 3 countries
- Drive paid advocacy programs with retailers and social selling initiatives
- Engage online creator communities through strategic collaborations and events
You have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Strong digital marketing skills and a passion for the influencer world
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Beauty industry experience is a plus
