We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Operations Supervisor based out of our Prague Office.
What YOU will do here at Life Scan:
In this role you will lead a team of Commercial Operations Specialists, ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality leadership, support, and guidance to the customer service team
- Organising and leading regular customer service reviews with the country teams, and executing action plans related to service improvement, with prime focus on key customers
- Being actively involved in the order management process if required
- Monitoring the team's workload and redistributing tasks when required
- Being the key focal point for our internal customers
- Monitoring unit activities for compliance to business procedures and workflows, advising management of changing process needs to ensure the customer base is serviced to a high standard
- Monitoring the status of open issue and tasks and ensuring they are closed out effectively
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, as well as identifying opportunities for their personal development
- Reviewing customer survey outcomes to measure and increase customer satisfaction related to the sales process. Implementing cost control to ensure budget parameters are not exceeded and providing feedback to Customer Service Manager on regular basis
- Working closely with the HR team to support the recruitment of new customer service representatives
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a proven leader with experience in managing a multi-functional and multi-national team.
You'll thrive in working in a fast and dynamic organization and be an adept critical thinker and problem solver. You'll also have strong collaboration and relationship-building skills and be able to form longstanding business partnerships with internal and external customers.
As well as:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- An ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure/demanding timelines
- An ability to follow specific processes and flexibility as appropriate
- Strong data analytic skills
- An understanding of LEAN technologies
- Fluent (written and spoken) English and Italian or Spanish language skills
- Italian language skills, and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience in JDEdwards (JDE)
- High Emotional Intelligence with an ability to work with multi-cultural teams
- Able to recognise and welcome diversity
- Flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
- A spirit of continuous improvement
You must be able to work in the Czech Republic with the correct legal status, unsupported.
