We have a great opportunity for a Systems Management Specialist based out of our Prague Office.

What YOU will do here at Life Scan:

In this role you will support the Systems Management Team and Systems Manager with any quick wins, enhancements, and projects, that impact JDEdwards (JDE) and other related systems.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing PMO governance documents and tools for quick wins, enhancements and projects, including: Business Needs Document, Function Design Document, Project Plan, Risk Analysis, Business Process Test Plan and execution, Project Dashboard updates
  • Daily system reconciliation between JDE-WMS and Cx C-JDE, mailbox support, creation of tickets, and resolving ad-hoc system queries globally
  • Providing system training support for JDE end users
  • Collaborating with internal and external IT teams, 3PL/4PL warehouse/transportation parties, Commercial Operations PMO team, and other global and local Commercial Operations teams

Requirements: About YOU:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong team player with experience in implementing Business Process changes, ideally in OTC and Inventory and Supply chain industry environments.
Ideally you'll be degree qualified in a relevant business discipline, with a few years' practical work experience.
You'll thrive in working in a fast and dynamic organisation and be an adept critical thinker and problem solver. You'll also have strong collaboration and relationship-building skills and be able to form longstanding business partnerships with internal and external customers.
As well as:
  • Strong analytical and assessment experience, as well as the ability to present results to a range of audiences and customers, both internal and external
  • A strong data-driven and fact-based approach
  • Experience in gathering and developing requirements, test case development, writing and execution
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to gather, plan, and track activity of project actions and deliverables
  • Experience in change management and dealing with ambiguity
  • A full understanding of Business Processes, OTC and Inventory and Supply Chain
  • An understanding and appreciation of the role and needs of Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and Legal requirements
  • Experience of JDE ERP systems, Cx C e-com systems, EDI and customer portal interfaces
  • Experience of reporting, dashboard development, and metrics creation, e.g. Hubble, Tableau
  • Knowledge of Q-Test, Smart Sheet, WMS, Middleware
  • Business English language skills (any other European language is advantageous)
