Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Concierge to join our team.

About the role:
The Concierge represents the main point of contact for the guest seeking an experience in or outside of the hotel and responds to guest inquiries by email, phone, on the chat applications or in person.
Through contacts and in-depth knowledge of the location, the Concierge is able to make arrangements and give the guest access to experiences that would usually not be available, both nationally and internationally.

What You will do:

• Assists with guest requests (e.g. transportation, dining, tours, tickets) in person, by email, phone or chat and provides appropriate suggestions based on solid knowledge of the location and the clientele.
• Answers all guest requests, messages and calls and refers them to the correct department to action.
• Actively promotes hotel services and drives revenues through active selling.
• Stays up-to-date with on-going events, activities and new vendors in the market.

What You will bring:

• High school graduate and/or higher education.
• Clef d’Or certification is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a guest facing environment preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Good working proficiency of both Czech and English.
