This position reports into the Procurement Global Process Leader and is based in Prague, Czech Republic.

What You Will Do
The Global Process Analyst – Procurement (GPA) is responsible for analyzing existing processes (researching, interviewing, workshopping, documenting), adapting and/or generating new processes (process improvement, new system rollout, scenario adaptation), and maintaining process coherency (identifying and resolving duplication and/or divergence, making sure “the pieces of the puzzle fit together”). The GPA will both work independently (own and deliver projects) and support the wider Procurement Process Team on bigger scope projects. Kenvue is on a transformation journey, and the Procurement function is on a transformation journey - the tasks and challenges are diverse and evolve rapidly. Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Business Process experience evidenced through a process ownership role, delivery of a process transformation project, or similar experience.

• Procurement expertise acquired in a category role / buyer role or similar experience.

• Exceptional problem solving and modeling skills; ability to navigate complexity; can synthesize and analyze data to create useful information and concise insights.

• Excellent relationship building, communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

• Experience with implementation and/or use of systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Keelvar, Opus Capita, Jaegger.

• Ability to work with tight deadlines, multiple tasks and deliverables; comfortable dealing with ambiguity in environments of transformation and change; comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and conflicting objectives.

• Task and detail oriented, capable of producing accurate and complete documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process role and/or procurement role, in an international environment.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Project Management certification.

• Additional spoken languages.

• Experience with process process documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. Visio, i Grafx, Mural).

• People leadership experience.
