Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to join Part-Time us as a Group Marketing Office Support - AWC on our Marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the team events, the invoice process, and to prepare the meeting for the team.What You’ll Be Doing:
Your activities will include:- Administrative support for the team
- Own invoice processing for marketing department – create purchase orders and gather all needed information for Finance and Procurement departments.
- Own internal marketing event planning – prepare timelines, communicate with all necessary parties, order refreshments and work with IT to make sure the workshop space is ready; help with travel arrangements.
- Participate in marketing weekly meetings, prepare meeting minutes and to-dos, follow ups, focus on preparation of presentations or reports.
- Perform other back-office tasks and activities to the needs of the department.
- Maintain all department information confidential and secure, respond to work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner
What We’re Looking For:
You should have experience in:- University Degree
- Fluent English (Czech, Slovak, Polish or Croatian are an advantage)
- Experience with Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
