Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head of Animal Health Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, alignment, and execution of the Animal Health strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Animal Health strategy across all species.
• Ensure overall P&L accountability, business performance, governance, and compliance with local legislative requirements and the Boehringer Ingelheim operational framework.
• Translate the Global Animal Health Strategy into a local Animal Health Strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional team members to ensure optimal individual/team performance.
• Establish and manage key customer, business, and political relationships within the country to the mutual benefit of the business and local community.

Qualifications:

• Experience in General Management, including working in a matrix environment.
• Experience in Strategic Planning, including analysis of external and internal environments.
• Strong entrepreneurial business skills capable of driving top and bottom-line performance.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate excellent cross-functional team working.
Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks for the promotion of animal medicines.
