Key Account Manager
We are Agrinorm AG, a Swiss company, specializing in fresh produce trading. We deliver fruit and vegetables directly from growers in southern European countries to our customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and national distributors in central and northern Europe. Our aim is to enable buyers and growers to work directly together profitably, reduce waste, and adapt to climate change.
We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager to manage and grow our customer base in the Czech Republic.
Part-time job with 60% of the full-time weekly hours. Work type: remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Plat: Až 40 000,00Kč měsíčně
Očekávaná pracovní doba: Ne více než 24 hodin za týden

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Serve as a focal point for customer feedback and concerns. Respond and resolve any customer issues quickly, maintaining a high level of reliability.
- Be available and respond promptly to customer inquiries (sometimes including weekends).
- Attract new customers by presenting our company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with a get-things-done mindset.
- Responsive, reliable, and comfortable with staying connected outside regular hours.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently, inspired by working in a collaborative and target-driven team environment.
- Native in Czech and proficient in English.
- Located in Prague.
