As a Key Account Manager, You Will:
- Spearhead the management of key retail accounts, collaborating closely with a seasoned senior Key Account Manager to develop and execute winning strategies.
- Own the full sales cycle, from forecasting and new product listings to order management, promotion planning, trade negotiations, and achieving profitable turnover and market share growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including procurement teams, through effective communication and strategic business meetings.
- Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency.
- Leverage data analysis and reporting (sell-out, turnover, margin, etc.) to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in sales or a commercial role, showcasing a track record of success.
- Is a solutions-oriented individual with a proven ability to think creatively and overcome business challenges.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical thinking.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
- Is fluent in English (essential for international meetings and presentations).
- Possesses advanced Excel skills (including functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Holds a valid driver's license.
