As part of the establishment of a new development department in our production plant in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a Lead R&D Czech Republic.
In this role, you will work closely with the R&D Competence Centre in Lucerne and build up a development team to ensure product care and further development.
Your challenges:
· Build-up and lead a new engineering team at our production site
· Ensure knowhow transfer and advancement (products & processes)
· Sustain, improve and extend defined product groups with focus on local production lines in close collaboration with product care teams
· Project lead and realization of product improvements and portfolio extensions
· Identify areas for improvement and adapt working procedures
Your qualification:
· Master’s degree in electronics, mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering
· Expert knowledge in electro-mechanical components
· Strong leadership skills with innovative mindset
· Experience in product development
· Proven project management skills
· Team player with interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
· Analytical and methodical skills
· Good English language skills, German an advantage
