Ot C Team leader
This role is responsible for managing the O2C Cash Collections and Cash Allocation team with the goal to maximize cash flows from customers, maintain external and internal customer satisfaction and minimize debt aging and write offs.

What will you do?

• Responsible for day to day management of O2C team - cash collectors, cash allocators.
• Ensure 3rd party debtors are proactively chased and pay within agreed payment terms to maintain overdue debt within agreed target levels 3.
• Responsible for AR reporting and communication of the status / actions to the business
• Monitor actual AR result and drive corrective actions if necessary
• Manage Goals setting, fulfilling and evaluation for all team members in timely manner
• Ensure cash collectors and cash allocators are correctly following processes and principles
• Second level of escalation for team queries
• First point of escalation for business queries
• Build and sustain strong satisfaction levels with other teams, mainly Finance, Sales, Customer care, Credit risk and other functions
• Participate on internal / external audit reviews
• Lead process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
• Follows instructions given by superior

Who are we looking for?

• Working Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Preferable within B2B accounts receivable role and/or people management. Experience with a shared service centre is an advantage.
• PC: Good level of Microsoft Office (outlook, excel)
• English – fluent
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to motivate people and manage performance in order to achieve defined goals Assertive and diplomatic approach SAP knowledge is an advantage (AR & GL module)
