Marketing Internship - Ecosystems (Brno)

Job Summary:

At Red Hat, our interns are an integral part of the team. They don’t get relegated to busywork or unimportant tasks, but participate in the day-to-day work and are active contributors to their team.

We are currently looking for Marketing intern to join us in Brno. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn sales messaging techniques, develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, data intelligence, lead development and sales.

As part of the Ecosystem Marketing team, you will be working alongside the Director of Ecosystem Marketing to manage and improve the central planning and budgeting processes. This involves working closely with regional partner marketing managers and their respective ecosystem leaders to help articulate clear plans for key partners and align them with budget requirements.

Paid 12-month internship with possible extension to 24 months in total.
Flexible working hours, on average 20 hours/week
Start date on February 1st 2025

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Program Manager to develop and execute EMEA campaigns for all segments.
Assist with the setup of events and webinars, processing of registrations, email reminders, and follow-up emails.
Collate and analyze organizational data in order to build account intelligence and profiling, using various online tools and platforms
Support campaign tracking code creations or work on paid media plans
Participate in presenting results and progress reports to key stakeholders in marketing

Required Skills:

Applicants must be currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree or in a Master's degree in an accredited university program in the Czech Republic during full duration of the internship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Passion and willingness to support the crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
