Description du poste

Complex payroll processing (together with 2 colleagues in the RON payroll and HR system)
Maintaining employee payroll records, resolving related queries, issuing necessary certificates to employees
Compliance with payroll legislation, regulations and legal obligations of the employer
Processing and managing executions
Ensuring communication with authorized institutions (ČSSZ, ZP, FÚ, ÚP, Kooperativa...)
Annual tax settlement
Preparation of reports to the statistical office and ISPV
Preparation of reports according to the requirements of the finance and HR department
Active cooperation with other members of the HR and finance department, cooperation with managers

Exigences du poste

Experience in payroll accounting
Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations in the Czech Republic
Experience with payroll software
Accuracy, diligence, systematic and ability to work under pressure
Proactive approach to problem solving
Positive and helpful manner with employees
Knowledge of English an advantage
