Product Manager

You will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities:

Support the development of projects through market needs knowledge, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
Organize and lead conceptual and creative workshops as part of the product management process and maintain the schedules.
Ensure the quality of public spaces through collaboration with project teams.
Organize collaboration in the development of new products.
Product innovations based on industry trends, new technologies, and design innovations.
Support creative thinking within teams.
Create visually attractive buildings and spaces in relation to project goals and user preferences.
Support the development and updating of design guidelines.
Coordinate public art competitions.
Create visualizations, models, and virtual reality in collaboration with project teams.
Organize participatory processes in coordination with project teams, city representatives, working groups, and facilitators, and ensure relevant communication of outcomes to the public.

We are looking for you, if you:

Requirements:
Education: Technical university, preferably in building / architecture
Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in managing residential projects.
Experience in collaboration with a construction company is an advantage.
Experience in the fields of architecture and landscape architecture is also beneficial.

Hard skills:

good knowledge of standards and technical solutions, preferably in residential developments
knowledge of real estate development calculations / cash flows
PC: Microsoft office, Outlook, Power Point, MS Project, CAD preferred
English (written, spoken); Czech native speaker or professional level
driving license B
certificates: CKAIT authorization preferred
