About the role & responsibilities:

• As Product Owner Brands Framework, you will drive vision of the solution to provide digital space for Group websites under the Web Platform Team*.
• You will be responsible for managing and improving the platform, both operation and strategy.
• You will oversee the onboarding of brands into the solution, and support them in related questions regarding the process, concerning UX, technical approaches and strategy.
• You will lead the community of the framework and provide updates to the main stakeholders.
• Maintain and continuously improve the product, making it aligned with the Web Platform vision.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards for the product and any related projects.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Proactively identify, document and mitigate risks of the product.
• Strategically prioritize the backlog to follow the vision of the product.
• Measure product performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide product updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Manage vendors and partners by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables for the projects under your responsibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Web Platform Team processes, tools and overall deliverables.
• Understand the needs of various stakeholders and propose solutions to fit them.

To succeed, you will need:

• A broad knowledge of web development and its different technologies.
• A broad knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong interest in BX, CX, UX and digital journeys.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/Java Script and Java Script frameworks (React) is an advantage.
• Experience with multi-branded web solutions.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Focus on optimalisation, reusability and effectiveness when developing a solution.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle in Agile development framework.
• Working knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
• Preferably university degree.
• Strongly customer oriented, service and business minded.
• Eagerness to learn new things and technologies, curious mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, well-organized and systematic “centipede”.
• Pro-active & result driven approach.
• Ability to present for various audiences.
• Process oriented, independently working team player.
• Very attentive to details.
• Ability to take responsibility and drive change.
• Comfortable with working in a highly matrix global environment.

• The Web Platform Team is a department of 17 persons passionate about Digital (Web) Communications and part of Atlas Copco Group IT.

We run the web platform (based on Adobe Experience Manager) that hosts our Business and Group public websites including solutions for web content, web translations, web compliance, assets & analytics, SEO/SEA, internal Search, and integrations to other systems. Our portfolio includes support to the web editors, web development / releases, content, and secured operations & development processes.
