Role Description
Controlling focused on projects and projects´ budgets, periodic results reporting, closing of books and forecast - reviews, reporting schedule and overhead costs.
You will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities:
We are looking for you, if you:
- Work in accordance with Skanska's internal procedures and values
- Responsible for reporting (Monthly Reporting of sold homes, MR package, Quarterly Reporting – project valuation s &forecast, Capital at Risk and other KPIs, project financial reporting
- Closing of books - preparation of documents for accounting department (calculation of project overheads, selling & administrative expenses)
- Review of actual / projected costs and revenues
- Participates in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation, updating and monitoring of project budgets
- Cooperates with developers, project teams and accounting department and with the Controlling and reporting of the company's headquarters, external and internal auditors
- Maintains and potentially improves automation of existing reporting files (mainly excel based)
- Builds relations with project teams, supports the project teams in finance area, costs and invoicing
Requirements:
Education: University degree in finance
Experience: 6+ years of experience on relevant position

- Czech native speaker or professional level
- Fluent English
- MS Excel - high level knowledge
- Oracle, VBA and Database is an advantage
